Rates
For self pay:
Initial session
60 minute session with a Registered Dietitian to review your nutrition history, medical concerns, food intolerances/ sensitivities, and desired goals. Designed to create a framework for future sessions and you will leave with a beginning plan in place. Together we will create a plan and set realistic and attainable goals.

Follow-up session
45 minute follow-up session to work on current issues, review what has been working, identify areas for continued improvement, and plan for the upcoming interventions.
