ABOUT ME
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a background in food science and clinical nutrition. I completed my dietetic training through the University of California San Diego and have experience working across acute care, long-term care, and community nutrition settings.
My approach to nutrition evolved through both professional experience and personal life. After working in traditional healthcare settings, I saw the need for a more individualized, sustainable approach—one that goes beyond standard recommendations and truly supports long-term results.
As a mom, I am especially passionate about creating a healthy food environment at home and helping families build strong foundations around nutrition.
In addition to my practice, I enjoy gardening, cooking, and spending time outdoors with my family.

The "Learn Your Vitamins" interactive book of rhymes for kids, will introduce a child to the world of nutrition and encourage them to try a variety of foods rich in vitamins and nutrients. It is designed for toddlers and preschool children, as well as early readers to teach them about food, healthy eating habits, and a variety of fruits and vegetables.
This 8.5" by 7" paper-cover book is paired with illustrations made by the author, many of which are full page. The author strongly believes that illustrations are an important part of children's literature because it creates greater opportunity for visualization and imagination.
The book is written in first person in a playful manner and incorporates one of many children's favorite games "I spy with my little eye..." to set up a fun and interactive learning experience.
